Mizoram Governor donates 30% salary for 6 months

Mizoram Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai on Tuesday committed 30 per cent of his gross salary for 60 months to fight the global COVID-19 pandemic, source in Raj Bhavan said on Wednesday.The salary amounting to over Rs one lakh was donated towards the Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF), which is COVID-19 fund, the sources said.
