Year after year, strong, intelligent, determined women from the Gujarat state, make their mark around the globe in various fields and their stellar achievements bring honour to the state. New Heights Educational Group has been awarded Gujarat based Mrs. Sapna Shukla the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to NHEG. She was awarded both the Bronze and Silver awards in this great program that recognizes volunteers and the work they do for the community. Not only is Mrs. Shukla Lead HR Coordinator for NHEG organization but she helps with research, document building and data entry.

Mrs. Shukla belongs to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and has been living in the USA for 14 years and volunteering NHEG since May of 2017. She said, “I was working as HR team leader, document builder, compiler and research coordinator at NHEG, feeling so proud that I’m the first Gujarati who received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for my services. I believe it our duty to serve our best so the world will know that we Indians are not less than anyone else.”

Pamela Clark, Executive Director of NHEG, stated “Sapna Shukla is a vital team member who shows dedication, leadership, communication skills. She has given so much to our organization. We are thrilled to see her receive these awards, she deserves it. NHEG is fortunate to have Mrs. Shukla as a team member.”

The President’s Volunteer Service Award is the premier volunteer awards program which comes from White House, encouraging United States citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents of the United States through presidential recognition to live a life of service.
