Salute to Corona warriors: IAF to drop flowers over Bethany, NEIGRIHMS, Civil Hospital in Shillong
As a mark of salute to the Corona warriors, the Indian Air Force (IAF) will shower flower petals over Bethany Hospital, NEIGRIHMS and the Civil Hospital in Shillong on Sunday. Along with other parts of the country, the doctors, nurses and paramedics of Meghalaya have been delivering their services in the fight against COVID19 risking their lives.
Meghalaya has so far registered 12 COVID19 positive cases including 11 active cases. The deadly virus has claimed one person in the state. On Friday, Meghalaya chief minister said out of the 11 active cases, samples of 10 patients were re-tested and found negative.India has been successfully fighting Coronavirus with the help of COVID19 warriors.
